But a lot of the time was still based on the cheetah pets over her. I liked Tae’s route the most, it’s a route you’ve already seen but it was still done right. Reika who’s basically the main heroine, has her route end when it was just getting started. Aya was so whatever that you spend more time with her bodyguard than her. She was the embodiment of “why don’t homeless people just buy a house” and it’s laughable to the point that they kept the smallest morsel of her plotline going for the 2nd half until the end where they just chucked it out. Moe is insufferable and had no idea what it was doing. Tsuki has the best route, and that’s saying something when I’d give it like a 6 anywhere else. And part of it is because there’s a fandisk and a sequel and the writer is known for not knowing how to end things. I guess the better example is I found a book of jokes and scenarios that supported the jokes but it didn’t go through the cycles so no one questioned how it’d end. Almost all the routes felt like the director kicked through the door and told them to finish everything today. It was enjoyable, it was funny but at the end of the day when it’s wrapped up I was just confused on what I got out of it. It was either because I saw akebeisoft or that the director handled other titles I liked.īut either way, Goei is akin to an old sitcom. So I’m still writing some other stuff for Utawarerumono 3 but I just finished Akatsuki no Goei and this will be a short one.Īnd that’s because there’s not much to say, I don’t really remember why I was hyped for it.
